Meet Lauren

Lauren is a registered Arts Psychotherapist and Counsellor (ANZACATA) with over 5 years experience working in private practice and clinical spaces. She has been fortunate to hold space for a broad range of clients, including NDIS participants.

As an intuitive, open-minded and multifaceted human with lived experience of being multiply neurodivergent, Lauren is inspired by all matters of art, creativity and human expression, and has firsthand experience of how creativity and community connection can bring about transformation and healing. She is a firm believer that a little curiosity, imagination and playfulness in the therapeutic space can go a long way.

Deep dive into your inner world by exploring various sensory, creative, expressive, body-focused and transpersonal modalities alongside classic talk therapy (counselling/psychotherapy) for a whole body therapeutic experience to meet your interests, needs and goals.

Community Therapeutic Arts Workshops

With a focus on fun and play with just a touch of “magick”, Therapeutic Arts Workshops serve as a taster to show how various creative and transpersonal modalities can enhance the mental and physical well-being of the individual and the community. 

From art journaling for self-care to dance and movement to walk and talk nature groups, there is something for everyone!

Tailored support ideal for peers in the creative and experiential therapy and allied health fields and for schools and organisations wanting to know more about how their therapeutic or teaching approaches and physical environments can be more neuro-friendly.
